Position Overview-

Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm, support and facilitate

development and implementation of section business/marketing plans for India.

Job Responsibilities are but not limited to-

1. Strategize and execute the company's annual marketing calendar in alignment with

business objectives.

2. Cultivate business relationships with alliances, partners, clients, and academic

institutions.

3. Define and consistently communicate the company's desired image and positioning

across internal and external stakeholders.

4. Enhance the company's brand position through active participation in events,

speaking engagements, networking, lead generation, and thought leadership.

5. Implement initiatives to create an effective marketing mix (both print and digital) that

aligns with the annual marketing plan.

6. Coordinate and implement various digital marketing campaigns, including web,

SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.

7. Develop, establish, and maintain the company's social media presence.

8. Measure and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing

against predetermined goals such as ROI and KPIs.

9. Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns while managing the social media

strategy for the company.

10. Enhance the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of the company website.

11. Stay abreast of new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of

digital marketing advancements.

12. Organize and facilitate masterclass sessions, conduct hackathons, and arrange

conferences while also serving as an evangelist for the company.

Required skills, experience and qualifications-

• MBA in Marketing from premier institute (Technical graduate degree preferred).

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Training/ educational/ IT/ Media industry experience is preferred.

• Understanding of Creative design and media channels is a must.

• Understanding technologies and cyber-security market trend will help.
