Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement marketing strategies for Insulin and Injectable brands to drive market share, brand recall, and sales growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of diabetes therapy trends, competitors, customer behavior, and market potential to identify growth opportunities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from launch to maturity, ensuring continuous performance tracking and innovative promotional tactics.
- New Product Launches: Plan and execute successful launches of new Insulin or Injectable products, including positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
- Promotional Strategy: Design and implement scientifically driven marketing campaigns, visual aids, digital content, CME programs, and engagement plans for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with top diabetologists, endocrinologists, and medical experts to enhance product advocacy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Sales Team Support & Training: Develop communication materials, product manuals, and conduct training programs for field teams to enhance product knowledge and marketing effectiveness.
- Budget & ROI Management: Prepare annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure optimal ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Digital & Patient Engagement: Integrate patient awareness and education programs using digital platforms and social media to enhance therapy adherence and brand trust.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) with MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
- Experience: 812 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 35 years in Diabetes / Insulin / Injectable segment
