Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will own the end-to-end marketing function at DATOMS — from strategy to execution.

This role is for someone who can build the marketing engine, drive teams, and step in to execute when required. You will work closely with leadership to ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline generation, brand building, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Define and own the overall marketing strategy and roadmap
  • Build GTM plans for different segments (Warehousing, Cold Chain, Energy, OEMs)
  • Translate strategy into clear quarterly and monthly execution plans
  • Lead Generation Strategy (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Define and build the lead generation engine across inbound and outbound channels
  • Guide the inbound team on content, SEO, LinkedIn, and demand generation strategy
  • Guide the outbound team on campaign targeting, messaging, and outreach approach
  • Ensure strong alignment with Sales for pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue impact
  • Actively participate in campaign execution when required — from setup to optimization
  • Hands-on with outreach tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
  • Brand Building & Positioning
  • Define and drive DATOMS brand narrative and positioning
  • Build a strong presence on LinkedIn and industry channels
  • Ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints (website, decks, campaigns)
  • Ensure all content clearly communicates business value and differentiation; Guide teams on what to say, how to say it, and to whom
  • Events, Exhibitions & Field Marketing
  • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and industry meetups
  • Represent DATOMS as a brand ambassador at events. Engage with prospects, partners, and customers on the ground
  • Drive lead generation and relationship building through events; Ensure strong pre-event and post-event campaign execution (outreach, follow-ups, conversions)
  • Execution Oversight & Performance Management
  • Oversee execution across inbound and outbound teams
  • Define KPIs and ensure accountability across campaigns
  • Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data and outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Translate product capabilities into market-ready narratives
  • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue goals

  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation and marketing metrics
  • Experience in campaign execution and optimization

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Strategy from a reputed institute.
  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B marketing roles
  • Proven experience in driving end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
