Job SummaryLEVENUS PROMAXX VENTURES PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our civil construction services.
The role focuses on expanding our footprint across both:
- B2C segment – Individual plot/land owners
- B2B segment – Commercial projects, institutions, hospitals, hotels, and builders
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Generate leads from individual plot owners and commercial clients
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and property owners
- Conduct market research to identify new projects and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project acquisition
- Track sales performance and maintain lead/conversion reports
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and site visits
Requirements & Skills- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of construction processes/project lifecycle (preferred)
- Ability to identify and close business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven, self-motivated approach
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA (Sales/Marketing/Operations) will be an added advantage
- Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or construction management are a plus
