Role Overview
The Marketing Manager, CRM will lead the execution and day-to-day management of RockWallet's CRM and customer communication programs across email, push, and in-app channels.
This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for overseeing campaign execution, audience segmentation, CRM operations, and lifecycle marketing delivery across RockWallet and MNEE Pay.
The CRM Manager will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, Compliance, Customer Support, and external partners to execute campaigns at a high standard while supporting ongoing business and customer communication needs.
This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, technically capable, organized, and comfortable owning execution within CRM systems and campaign workflows in a fast-moving environment.
