Job Description

As the Marketing Manager, you will own and drive the company's overall marketing efforts across demand generation, brand building, and content marketing.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced startup environment and can balance both strategy and execution.

You will work closely with the founders and business teams to build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and establish a strong market presence.

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (candidates in Bangalore can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Growth

  • Build and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels
  • Drive inbound marketing initiatives to generate qualified business leads
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Track campaign performance, conversions, and marketing ROI

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Develop and strengthen the company's brand positioning and messaging
  • Own content strategy across website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and thought leadership
  • Create marketing collateral, case studies, and sales enablement content
  • Work with design teams and external agencies for creative execution

Marketing Operations

  • Build marketing processes, reporting, and campaign workflows from scratch
  • Collaborate with sales/business teams to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Identify new growth channels and marketing opportunities

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with founders, external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
  • Manage timelines, campaigns, and multiple projects effectively

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or SaaS startups
  • Strong hands-on experience in lead generation and digital marketing
  • Experience in content marketing, brand building, and campaign management
  • Good understanding of marketing funnels, CRM tools, and analytics
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Good to Have

  • Experience working in early-stage startups
  • Familiarity with fintech, lending, payments, insurance, or SaaS products
  • Understanding of SEO, email automation, and marketing tools
