We are looking for a results-driven PPC / Marketing Lead to manage and scale paid marketing initiatives for the Domestic
team. The role will focus on lead generation and performance marketing across multiple digital channels, ensuring high-quality
leads from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges while optimizing cost and ROI.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat and
other relevant platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns for domestic education audiences.
Oversee and optimize SMS, Email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
Manage budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns.
Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new acquisition opportunities.
S k i l l s a n d R e q u i r e m e n t s :
2+ years of hands-on experience in paid/performance marketing.
Strong expertise in lead generation campaigns, preferably targeting Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges.
Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and Snapchat.
Experience with SMS, Email, and WhatsApp marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
Ability to manage and scale monthly marketing budgets efficiently.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in EdTech/education sector is preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
