Job Title: Marketing Manager – C&I Solar Solutions (Field-Based Role)

Role Overview :-
We are seeking a result-oriented and field-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar segment. The role is focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and business development for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
This position requires extensive fieldwork, direct client interaction, and the ability to independently drive business opportunities.
Note: This is not a digital marketing role.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate high-quality leads through field visits, cold calling, and direct client meetings
- Identify and engage with industrial and commercial clients, including factories and business establishments
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Present and promote solar solutions based on client requirements
- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and referral networks
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Eligibility Criteria :-
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the C&I solar segment
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales
- Basic understanding of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
Preferred Profile :-
- Experience with Solar EPC or renewable energy companies
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Strong network within industrial and commercial sectors
