Position: Marketing Manager BTL & Offline Marketing

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager BTL & Offline Marketing to lead on-ground brand-building initiatives across India. This role includes planning and executing health camps, society activations, and brand partnerships to drive visibility and engagement at the grassroots level
Key Responsibilities:
Drive BTL marketing and offline brand-building activities in target markets.
Lead on-ground activations across societies, corporate hubs, and community health zones.
Develop and manage long-term partnerships with aligned brands for collaborative promotions.
Plan and oversee end-to-end execution of health camps from concept to completion.
Manage vendors, field staff, and execution partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Coordinate with internal leadership and regional marketing teams.
Monitor campaign budgets, generate performance reports, and track ROI.
Travel occasionally to other cities for event audits, campaign execution, or partner coordination.
Qualifications:
58 years of experience in BTL marketing, field activations, or brand promotions.
Proven track record in executing community campaigns or health-related events.
Strong skills in vendor management, team leadership, and on-ground execution.
Excellent communication skills and good negotiation abilities.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or FMCG is preferred.
Comfortable with occasional travel outside base city.
