ricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and

process - creating the playbook for the industry.

● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About The Role:

We're looking for a creative-first thinker who can own and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is centered around ideation, storytelling, and high-impact content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative vision for social and digital platforms
  • Conceptualize high-impact campaigns, reels, short-form videos, and performance creatives
  • Translate brand positioning into engaging, scroll-stopping content
  • Lead creative direction for shoots, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats
  • Build a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Drive content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring a balance of brand, performance, and trend-led content
  • Experiment with new formats and storytelling styles to boost engagement and virality
  • Collaborate with performance teams to optimize creative for conversions
  • Continuously iterate based on audience insights and engagement data
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, growth, and product teams
  • Act as the bridge between brand and performance marketing

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content, or social media
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns, videos, or brand storytelling work
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, hooks, and content psychology
  • Ability to think concept-first, not execution-first
