Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to own our brand narrative as we transition from Enterprise SaaS into the DeepTech space. You will be the architect of our market presence blending brand storytelling with data-driven digital strategies and on-ground event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Own and evolve the brand identity across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual and verbal communication
  • Lead brand positioning strategy as the company expands into DeepTech
  • Drive thought leadership content and PR initiatives
  • Monitor brand perception and manage reputation proactively

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
  • Define target segments and craft go-to-market strategies for new offerings
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social)
  • Track digital KPIs and optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights
  • Manage the content calendar and oversee website content strategy

Events ATL & BTL

  • Plan and execute industry events, product launches, webinars, and trade show participation
  • Coordinate ATL campaigns (press, digital OOH) and BTL activations (demos, workshops)
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting

Requirements

  • 47 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven track record in brand building and strategic marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics
  • Experience managing events from concept to execution ATL & BTL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to DeepTech, AI, or emerging technology domains is a strong advantage
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
