Job Description for Marketing Lead/Manager Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Global Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer marketing strategies, with a focus on research, program management, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer advocacy, increase product dedication, and improve customer success while supporting the Customer Marketing team. This hire should have a background that includes customer marketing, demand generation, research, and product marketing & should have worked in marketing of an enterprise SaaS product.
What you'll do:
- Assist in identifying and nurturing customers based on a deep understanding of our database, product, and industry coordinating creating compelling customer stories, and demonstrating customer references for marketing initiatives.
- Lead, search, and analyze Customer Marketing data across different regions in process automation space.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement programs and events, such as webinars, user conferences, early adopter programs, and product releases
- You should go ahead and adopt existing prospect campaigns for current customers.
- Develop educational materials and communications for current customers.
Who you are...
- Background/Education in product marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 7+ years of proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles, preferably in a global setting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build relationships and engage with customers at all levels.
- Analytical approach to measure and analyze customer marketing performance metrics.
- Proactive and innovative problem solver, continuously seeking new ways to engage customers and drive revenue.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global customer base.
