Position: Manager – Performance Marketing
What you will do:
Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across key paid
channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, display, video,
and app campaigns (UAC/PMax)
Drive continuous experimentation to improve core performance
metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,
Firebase, Appsflyer, and Singular
Monitor and optimize marketing spends to maximize ROI and scale
campaigns efficiently
Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities across existing and
new paid channels
Work closely on app performance and user acquisition funnels,
improving conversion across key touchpoints
Collaborate with creative teams to test and scale UGC (User
Generated Content) creatives for better performance
Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark and improve
campaign effectiveness
Present performance insights and actionable recommendations to
stakeholders in a clear, structured manner
What you will need:
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on
expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong experience in managing app marketing campaigns and
analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, Singular, and Google
Analytics
Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive
decisions
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience in campaign tracking, attribution, and performance
measurement
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively
to stakeholders
Bonus:
Experience working with UGC creatives strategy and testing
Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
Prior experience in high-growth or app-first businesses
