We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving performance across digital channels, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client's business goals across various industries.
- Channel Oversight:
- Lead and optimize performance across key digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts to ensure high-quality execution and continuous professional growth.
- Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely reporting, and alignment on campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and present detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Growth Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities for client growth through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative marketing solutions.
Experience:
- 46 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Project Management:
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.
- Global Exposure:
- Comfortable working with US-based clients and navigating cross-cultural communication and expectations.
