Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Pune. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include overseeing social media marketing, generating and nurturing leads, monitoring web analytics to optimize campaigns, and fostering brand growth through innovative digital strategies. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to enhance online visibility and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, with experience in creating and managing online campaigns
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies
• Ability to effectively utilize Web Analytics to measure performance and optimize efforts
• General skills in Marketing and knowledge of audience targeting and brand building
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in interior design or home dcor sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in creating and managing online campaigns
