Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. This is a 360- degree marketing role that spans across digital and social media, brand communications and leadership controlling the team successfully. The role demands strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with brand consistency. The incumbent will be tasked with developing relations with new architects, designers, developers and clients. They must be able to effectively lead a marketing team, work in close collaboration with other departments and devise creative strategies to market products of the company. The incumbent's key responsibilities will entail having to develop and execute the overall Marketing strategy for Akruti Living. They must be able to plan and stick to deadlines while being aligned with the sales objectives of the company. Lead a team to effectively create content, develop new ideas and organise events that help grow the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience with luxury furniture and kitchen companies.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Marketing
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Creation
  • Familiarity with Social Media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Planning, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • Strong Problem-solving and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
