We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the strategic marketing vision for AIM and its verticals, grow our digital presence, and execute high-impact campaigns to drive brand growth, audience acquisition, and engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Visibility: Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that strengthens AIM's position as the most credible voice in AI media and events across India and globally.
Digital & Social Media Leadership: Oversee the social media team and ensure consistent growth across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) through innovative content, engagement tactics, and influencer partnerships.
Campaign Management: Plan, supervise, and optimize 360-degree campaigns for AIM's conferences (Cypher, MachineCon, DES, Happy Llama), editorial content, video IPs, and special reports.
Vertical-Specific Marketing: Drive marketing efforts tailored for AIM's various initiatives like AIM Leaders Council, Llama Club, AIM Research, machinehack ,AIM US , AI Startups, and more.
Growth & Performance Marketing: Own paid and organic strategies to scale reach, audience base, event registrations, and readership. Align with business goals to deliver measurable outcomes.
Creative & Content Collaboration: Work closely with content, video, and design teams to build campaign narratives and ensure brand consistency.
Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and scale the internal marketing team, manage external vendors/partners, and build a high-performance marketing org.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles ideally across media, technology, or event-driven organizations.
Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand communication.
Proven track record of building brand equity, scaling social presence, and delivering successful campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
Strong understanding of the AI/tech ecosystem, with a flair for storytelling and audience-centric thinking.
Hands-on leader with excellent collaboration, communication, and people management skills.
Familiarity with performance marketing, email automation, influencer campaigns, and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
