Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and tracking of upcoming projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on inquiries and project leads
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with internal teams and customers
  • Liaise effectively with clients during project delivery and execution phases
  • Collaborate with the execution team to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Track and manage change orders, amendments, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Oversee project completion, handover process, and obtain client feedback
  • Maintain complete project documentation including work orders, change logs, and closing reports
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing within a Construction or EPC firm
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Construction industry
  • Pleasing personality and professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and internal teams
