About The Role
We seek a
highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to drive
brand presence, creative direction, and digital marketing assets. This role requires fresh, innovative ideas and effective execution. The ideal candidate must have a
strong grasp of branding, social media, and creative asset development, plus the ability to manage and mentor a small creative team.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Brand Management & Strategy
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
- Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility, recognition, and credibility.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Lead the company's social media strategy and execution across platforms.
- Plan and implement engaging campaigns that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and organic reach.
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and trends.
Creative Asset Development
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets such as Brochures, Banners, Social Media creatives, Event collaterals and Digital marketing creatives.
- Work closely with the design and content team to ensure visually compelling and impactful creatives.
- Ensure that all assets align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Continuously explore new creative formats and content styles to improve marketing outcomes.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a creative team consisting of: Graphic Designers, Video Editor, Content Writers, and Marketing Intern(s).
- Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation.
Innovation & Idea Generation
- Bring fresh, innovative marketing ideas to improve brand storytelling and engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and creative strategies.
- Drive initiatives that make the brand stand out in a competitive market.
