Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote forging products and services for exotic and thermal sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the forging industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in marketing within the forging industry.
  • Strong understanding of forging processes, products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience of B2G preferred
  • Knowledge of international markets and export marketing.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
