This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Lead based in Kozhikode, with the flexibility to partially work from home. The Marketing Lead will develop and implement effective marketing strategies, oversee market research to identify trends, manage customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and optimize campaigns to drive awareness and growth. Additionally, they will play a key role in brand promotion and enhancing customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, develop campaigns, and drive brand awareness.
• Experience in Sales and strategic collaboration to contribute to lead generation and revenue growth.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with AI-powered technologies or previous experience in a related field is a plus.
