Marketing Lead - Banqueting & Catering
Position Overview
Foodlink F&B Holdings seeks a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead banqueting and catering growth across our portfolio. This strategic role drives revenue through targeted promotions, event marketing, and client engagement for weddings, corporate events, and off-site catering. You will partner with sales, operations, and culinary teams to elevate brand visibility and secure high-value bookings in the competitive F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for banqueting launches, catering menus, seasonal packages, and promotional calendars to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- Boost client engagement via review management, loyalty initiatives, and personalized outreach; analyze feedback to refine banqueting and catering offerings.
- Organize events, activations, trade shows, and influencer collaborations tailored to banqueting trends and catering opportunities for maximum visibility and leads.
- Collaborate with Operations and Corporate Chef on menu storytelling, customized event packages, and experiential marketing that highlight banqueting strengths.
- Produce compelling content for social media, digital collateral, event invites, and proposals; measure ROI, booking uplift, and client ratings from campaigns.
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relations, and collateral production; deliver detailed performance reports on banqueting/catering metrics to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality marketing, with hands-on success in banqueting sales promotions and catering event marketing (F&B brands preferred).
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, influencer partnerships, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, review platforms).
- Proven creative flair in promotions, events, and collaborations; proficient in content tools like Canva/Photoshop for event visuals and proposals.
- Strong team player skilled in fast-paced environments, aligning marketing with sales, ops, and culinary for seamless event execution.
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Business; based in Mumbai (flexible for pod needs).
