We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimisation across channels, while working closely with senior leadership in a high-growth environment.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other growth channels
- Manage budgets ranging from high-scale media spends to lean, test-driven campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning, goal-setting, and performance reviews
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio and GA4 for real-time insights
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend automation workflows (Zapier, scripts, etc.) to improve efficiency
- Lead performance audits, conversion tracking setups, and cross-channel attribution analysis
- Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve results
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing (agency or brand side)
- Proven experience managing D2C campaigns across top, middle, and bottom funnels
- Experience handling monthly media budgets up to 50L
- Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including testing and scaling frameworks
- Experience setting up and managing GMC, GMB, pixels, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4
- Working knowledge of automation tools like Zapier
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication in English
Bonus:
Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart) or quick commerce platforms (Zepto, etc.).
