About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team and support our client outreach efforts. This internship will focus on calling potential clients, introducing our IT services/solutions, and setting up follow-ups for the sales team. It's an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
- Understand client needs and explain our IT solutions effectively.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client interaction details.
- Follow up on previous conversations to nurture leads.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in scheduling meetings.
- Handle basic queries and redirect to appropriate teams when needed.
- Support in creating call scripts and refining outreach strategy.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and report on progress.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- School Education Board should be CBSE/ICSE.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to learn about IT services and communicate them clearly.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
