Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Onboard campus ambassadors by identifying and selecting the right candidates through active outreach within campus communities
- Coordinate and manage campus events to increase brand awareness and student engagement, including planning and executing coding competitions, career sessions, boot camps, and hackathons (both virtual and offline).
- Collaborate with campus ambassadors to develop innovative strategies for promoting CipherSchools.
- Lead and mentor a team of campus ambassadors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations.
- Solve problems creatively and efficiently to ensure the success of campus events and initiatives.
- Create detailed monthly reports to track performance, engagement, and overall impact.
