About Filmbaker
Filmbaker is a creative and marketing studio that helps brands grow through powerful content, storytelling, and digital marketing.
One of our key clients is Cukato, a fresh ready-to-cook meal kit brand that helps people cook delicious food at home in minutes by eliminating chopping, measuring, and preparation.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will work closely with the Filmbaker team to help grow the Cukato brand through content, digital marketing, and creative campaigns.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on marketing role where you will collaborate with the Filmbaker creative team to plan, create, and publish marketing content for Cukato.
The role focuses on social media management, digital growth, and content coordination, with occasional support for on-ground brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
Plan weekly and monthly content ideas for Cukato
Coordinate with the Filmbaker team for shooting reels, food videos, and brand content
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting
Social Media Management
Manage Cukato's social media platforms
Write captions and schedule/publish posts
Monitor engagement and respond when required
Performance Tracking
Track content performance (reach, engagement, etc.)
Prepare simple performance reports
Identify high-performing content and optimize future posts
Marketing Experiments
Test new digital marketing ideas and campaigns
Support growth initiatives like referral programs, promotions, and collaborations
On-Ground Support (Occasional)
Support society activations, flea markets, and brand stalls for Cukato
Capture photos/videos and create content during events
