This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, experiment, and grow fast. You'll work directly with a small team on content, growth, and distribution—shaping how thousands (and potentially millions) of parents and kids discover our products. You won't just execute - you'll think, test, and drive ideas.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Content & growth:
- Plan and execute content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Turn insights into high-performing content ideas
- Identify trends and adapt them to the kids/parenting space
- Ideation & experimentation:
- Continuously test new formats, hooks, and messaging
- Contribute to campaign ideas for product launches and growth
- Analyze what works and double down quickly
- Distribution & scaling:
- Support scaling of content that performs well
- Explore organic + lightweight paid strategies (if relevant)
- Help optimize funnels from the content to the product
4: Cross-functional work (small team reality):
- Jump into adjacent tasks when needed (admin, basic research, coordination)
- Work closely with product, content, and founders
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end
