Wealthink is a fintech SaaS building research infrastructure for institutional teams: Indian SEBI-registered funds and global research desks. Small team, real product, first institutional customers being won right now.

Our positioning is defined by the product and a founder-led sales model. This role exists because there is far more to say than one person can market 1:1 to customers. You are the multiplier.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Turning raw founder material into published output. Calls, voice notes, working sessions, half-finished arguments — you turn them into posts, videos, and threads.
• Product marketing. Whatever the product team wants the market to know — new capabilities, how the workspace actually gets used, what changed and why it matters. You take the brief and turn it into published output.
• Cadence. Four posts a week and two videos a month, shipped. Not drafted, shipped.
• The target list. Which analysts, research heads and fund CIOs we want reading us, across India, the Gulf and the US. Who's posting what. Who engaged with the last thing and what we do about it.
• Distribution mechanics. Reposts, comments, DMs, follow-ups. This is unglamorous, repetitive, and where most of the results come from.
• Offline events. MoneyExpo, Global Fintech Fest, and a user-generated content programme. Treated as content production, not attendance.

You won't be setting the point of view. The founder does that. You decide how it gets made and how it reaches the right forty people.

AI TOOLING — THIS IS CENTRAL, NOT A BONUS

You should already be fluent with, or fast enough to become fluent with:

• Research and drafting: Claude Code, Codex, Perplexity, Linkup, Exa Search
• Video: screen capture plus AI editing (Descript, CapCut, Opus Clip)
• Voice and motion: ElevenLabs, Runway, Canva, template-based animation

We won't ask you to be an engineer. We will ask you to be resourceful.

We'd rather hire someone who has shipped twenty highly targeted posts, each on one simple idea, than someone who has produced two polished expert articles.

YOU'LL BE A FIT IF

• You publish a lot, on anything. Volume and consistency matter more than subject.
• You like storytelling, and can make a complex idea easy to understand for your audience.
• You can take a twenty-minute recording of someone thinking out loud and come back with something publishable.
• You can learn an unfamiliar industry fast enough to know which question to ask next.

Finance background is not required and not particularly advantaged. We'll teach you the domain. We can't teach you output speed.

Not a fit: anyone who needs a brief for every task, anyone optimising for follower count, anyone whose default voice is SaaS-brochure.

1. A plan for the first two pieces of content you'd make for us. A few lines each — the angle, the format, and specifically who it's aimed at. Not the general public. Name the kind of person.
2. One of the two, actually made. Rough is fine. We care about judgment and speed, not polish.
3. Two lines on what you couldn't figure out from the outside, and what you'd have asked us.

We're more interested in the angle you pick and who you're aiming it at than in whether you've guessed our roadmap correctly.
