Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a 01 journey for a premium beauty brand. As a Marketing Intern (Social Media & Content), you'll be part of the early team and help define the brand's communication identity alongside the Marketing Head and founders.

Responsibilities:

Represent the brand at offline events & exhibitions

Ideate and source gift-with-purchase concepts for the brand website

Support online & offline collaborations with complementary brands

Write short and long-form content: blogs, website copy, product content, CRM, social media, scripts & performance marketing

Brainstorm brand campaigns, product launches & new initiatives

Coordinate with internal/external designers for brand creatives (website banners, ads, etc.)

Support ideation & coordination of brand shoots

Manage day-to-day social media posting and customer responses

Create in-house reels / short-form videos for social media (good to have)

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written & visual communication skills

Creative, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently

Experience with a D2C / lifestyle / fashion brand is a plus

Other Details:

This is a full-time role based in Wagle Estate

6 days working (MondaySaturday) Saturdays are Work From Home.

Travel within Mumbai may be required for events & sourcing

Stipend up to INR 15,000/month
