Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to manage end-to-end influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance. This role requires strong communication, trend awareness, and an understanding of how influencers drive brand impact.
Responsibilities:
Identify and shortlist influencers across categories and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies
Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns briefing, negotiation, deliverables, and timelines
Create clear and concise campaign briefs
Track ongoing collaborations and ensure timely delivery of content
Review influencer content to ensure brand guidelines are met
Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI
Maintain a database of influencers and track past collaborations
Stay updated with creator trends, viral formats, and platform updates
Work closely with the social media and creative teams for integrated campaigns
Requirements:
6 months- 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or similar role
Strong understanding of creator economy and influencer platforms
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to identify the right influencers for different brand categories
Experience with influencer CRM tools or Excel/Sheets for tracking
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with influencer agencies
Knowledge of performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate, CPR, CPM, etc.
Basic knowledge of content trends and social media marketing
Ability to script or ideate concepts for influencers (optional but preferred)
Work Mode:
This is not a remote role. The candidate must work from our Mindspace Malad West, Mumbai office.
