Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Scheduling
- Assist in creating engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos, aligned with brand tone and messaging.
- Schedule and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) using scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
2. Community Engagement
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community experience.
- Monitor online conversations about the brand, identifying opportunities for engagement.
3. Trends and Hashtag Research
- Stay up-to-date with trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
- Suggest creative ways to leverage current trends relevant to the brand.
4. Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report weekly on social media metrics such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion rate.
- Analyze performance to identify high-performing content and optimize future posts.
5. Competitor and Audience Research
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry benchmarks and innovative practices.
- Research target audience preferences to improve content relevance and engagement.
6. Campaign Support
- Create campaign-specific content and track its performance to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on special events or promotional activities.
Work Expectations:
- Intern should dedicate 25-30 hours weekly.
- Commitment to work twice a week in the office is required.
