Marketing Intern

Duration: 3 months (with PPO opportunity)

Stipend: 10,000 to 15,000/month - (Hybrid) 4 days WFO, 2 days WFH

Timings: 10 AM 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location: Dilshad Garden, New Delhi

Transition is a D2C clothing startup blending modern style with everyday ease. We're looking for a creative Marketing Intern who wants to own marketing from scratch and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the role. You'll get the chance to try everythingInstagram content, social media campaigns, website graphics, product photography, offline events, and morewhile shaping the marketing processes of a growing startup.

You'll:

• Create engaging Instagram content & graphics (Canva) for social media.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to grow our audience.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Design website graphics and assist with website creative updates.
• Plan and execute offline marketing events.
• Conduct market research and track performance metrics.
• Take ownership of end-to-end marketing.

You:

• Are proactive, resourceful, and independent.
• Have social media marketing skills & basic analytics knowledge.
