About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical MBA / BBA Marketing Intern to support our marketing and growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to brand strategy, digital marketing, market research, campaign execution, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies
• Support social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using marketing metrics
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams on go-to-market activities
• Help create presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional content
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand awareness and lead generation
• Support event marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/BBA with specialization in Marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or SEO tools
• Knowledge of social media marketing and performance marketing
• Experience with market research or campus projects is a plus
