Marketing Intern. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, contributing to projects that support our mission to transform the debt collection industry through innovative AI solutions.
Your Role: Assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support content creation efforts by writing blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials
- Assist in managing social media platforms, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community
- Help organize and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, email blasts, and promotions
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to provide insights for marketing strategy
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, assisting in the analysis of results and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the team on creative projects, including graphic design and video content (using tools like Canva)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance marketing efforts
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic marketing principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools (Canva) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- A proactive and eager to learn attitude
- Previous internship experience in marketing or related field is a plus but not required
