Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Intern to support sales and client acquisition initiatives in the IT staffing industry. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world sales targets, lead generation, and performance-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and generate high-quality leads to support business development efforts
- Identify active IT job requirements from US job portals and align them with staffing opportunities
- Build and maintain a database of decision-makers (Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, HR Leaders)
- Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to validate client interest
- Maintain consistent daily lead productivity with accuracy and relevance
- Track follow-ups, responses, and lead status to ensure data integrity
- Work in a target-driven environment with regular performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales and business development with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets and timelines
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Availability to work US shift hours
- Own laptop and reliable internet connectivity
