Marketing Intern

Location: Remote • Time: 20–25 hrs/week (with flexibility) • Compensation: ₹15,000- ₹30,000/month (performance‑based increments; path to full‑time)

**Why this role**

You'll be our first marketing hire working directly with the Chief of Staff/founders. There are no designers or content teams yet, you'll own the end‑to‑end engine: strategy → creation → distribution → analytics. If you show potential, this can evolve into our first marketing leadership role.

**What you'll do (Day‑to‑day)**

1. Execute and ship: Run campaigns and post consistently on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit.

2. Create content: Write short‑form posts, threads, and lightweight visuals (Canva/figma) for our ICP.

3. Community & engagement: Jump into relevant convos, reply, and build relationships with prospects.

4. Research & positioning: Identify ICPs, pain points, and hooks; audit competitors; track trends.

5. Distribution & experiments: Orchestrate scrappy growth loops (newsletter swaps, AMAs, communities, micro‑influencers, Reddit posts, Product Hunt/Show HN‑style drops).

6. Analytics: Set up UTMs, dashboards, and weekly reports; turn insights into next actions.

**You'll be great if you**

1. Write clearly and quickly; internet‑native with a feel for X/LinkedIn/Reddit.

2. Are resourceful and hands‑on, comfortable shipping without perfect assets or big budgets.

3. Enjoy talking to users, learning markets fast, and testing hypotheses weekly.

4. Can use basic tools: Canva/Figma, Google Sheets, Notion, simple video editors; willing to learn others.

**Growth and compensation**

Full Time internship with ₹25k–₹35k/month. If you deliver strong results, we'll consider an increment and full‑time offer. Prior Experience is not mandatory. Preferable you are in Bangalore and can come to office but remote candidates can apply as well
