The Role in a Nutshell
As an Assistant Manager (Growth), you are the architect of the user journey for one of Swiggy's fastest-growing categories. You will own the entire funnel-from the moment a user identifies a need, through the in-app session, to the final order placement. Your goal is to maximize discovery and build a seamless, high-converting experience that helps grow the category.
Key Responsibilities
. End-to-End Funnel Management . Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize Throughput-the percentage of users moving from discovery to checkout. You will own the performance of each page in the funnel, ensuring they are high-converting and contextually relevant. . Drop-off Analysis: Identify friction points in the user journey and deploy tactical interventions to reduce churn and move users toward the cart. . In-App Visibility & Merchandising . Real Estate Management: Strategize on category slots, storefronts, and widgets to maximize Share of Eye on the platform. . Dynamic Merchandising: Curate and refresh collections based on real-time data, seasonal trends, and local relevance. . Personalization: Partner with Analytics to surface relevant products to specific user segments, increasing the efficiency of internal traffic. . Growth & Innovation (Organic + Paid) . Organic Growth: Oversee organic efforts to capture high-intent external traffic. Collaborate with Product and Own Media teams to optimize the conversion funnel. . Paid Precision: Work with Performance Marketing teams to oversee campaigns & optimize for LTV/CAC. . Innovation Lab: Experiment with referral loops, gamified onboarding, and cross-vertical triggers. . Performance Metrics You'll Own . Growth (Traffic, Conversion & Orders) . Efficiency: Blended CAC (Paid + Organic) and ROAS. . Visibility: Share of Voice (SOV) within the app ecosystem.

Skills + Experience Checklist
. 1-3 years of experience in Growth, Category or Product Marketing for a digital-first business. . Basic SQL Advanced Excel/Google Sheets. . Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth experiments.
