Role Description As a Marketing Intern at RAPIDRY, you will support the marketing team in executing day-to-day activities that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. This internship role is on-site and based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping plan and implement marketing campaigns, and supporting social media and digital initiatives. You will interact with customers and internal teams to gather feedback, assist with sales support materials, and help track campaign performance. The role offers hands-on experience in marketing operations within a fast-growing service brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in spoken and written form.
• Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and draw basic insights to support marketing decisions.
• Interest or exposure in Sales and Customer Service, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy and willingness to learn campaign planning and execution.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
