Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA (Marketing) graduate to gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing activities and contribute to ongoing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support the creation of marketing content including presentations, brochures, and social media posts
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for marketing events and activities
- Manage and update company databases and CRM tools
- Monitor marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Provide support in lead generation, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
