Palmonas is a fast-growing demi-fine jewellery brand building a strong digital presence through creator-led and community-driven marketing. We are expanding our influencer network and looking for someone enthusiastic, curious, and driven to learn.

Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will support the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from scouting the right creators to managing day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how brand partnerships truly work, while contributing meaningfully to Palmonas growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Scouting & Selection

Identify, research, and filter relevant influencers for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

Understand campaign goals, brand aesthetic, and briefs to shortlist creators who are the best fit.

Maintain updated lists of influencers across categories and regions.

2. Campaign Execution & Coordination

Assist in day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns.

Handle operational tasks such as order placement, dispatch, and Cross-team coordination to ensure timely execution.

3. Data Tracking & Analysis

Maintain campaign metrics, performance reports, and internal sheets.

Analyse what worked, what didn't, and assist in deriving insights to improve future campaigns.

Keep databases updated and clean.

4. Creator Community Management

Contribute to building and nurturing Palmonas growing creator community.

5. Social Media Support

Assist the social media team with daily requirements research, content ideas, coordination, and admin tasks.

Strong willingness to learn the most important requirement.

High level of curiosity and a proactive mindset.

Basic familiarity with influencer marketing trends OR strong research skills.

Street-smart attitude and ability to think on your feet.

Good command over Excel/Sheets and comfort working with data.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
