Responsibilities
- Ship copy, visuals, landing pages, and campaigns at startup speed. Daily, not monthly.
- Turn vague ideas into sharp messaging and growth experiments without hand-holding.
- Build organic, near-zero CAC strategies, including referrals, UGC challenges, creator seeding, and partnerships.
- Design and run 35 growth experiments per week with clear hypotheses and rapid iteration.
- Track, analyze, and scale winners using lightweight dashboards (CTR, CAC, retention).
Qualifications
- Hardcore bias for action. If you wait for instructions, this isn't for you.
- Excellent writing: sharp, clear, persuasive, no fluff.
- Ability to define ICPs, position products, and craft hooks from scratch.
- Comfortable running tests end-to-end: idea to execution to analysis to iteration.
- Familiar with analytics, UTMs, A/B testing, or hungry enough to learn fast.
- Willingness to work in a low-structure, high-pressure startup atmosphere.
