Responsibilities

  1. Ship copy, visuals, landing pages, and campaigns at startup speed. Daily, not monthly.
  2. Turn vague ideas into sharp messaging and growth experiments without hand-holding.
  3. Build organic, near-zero CAC strategies, including referrals, UGC challenges, creator seeding, and partnerships.
  4. Design and run 35 growth experiments per week with clear hypotheses and rapid iteration.
  5. Track, analyze, and scale winners using lightweight dashboards (CTR, CAC, retention).

Qualifications

  1. Hardcore bias for action. If you wait for instructions, this isn't for you.
  2. Excellent writing: sharp, clear, persuasive, no fluff.
  3. Ability to define ICPs, position products, and craft hooks from scratch.
  4. Comfortable running tests end-to-end: idea to execution to analysis to iteration.
  5. Familiar with analytics, UTMs, A/B testing, or hungry enough to learn fast.
  6. Willingness to work in a low-structure, high-pressure startup atmosphere.
