Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing and business development initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to market research, digital marketing, customer outreach, and brand-building activities. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, contribute to sales support initiatives, and help strengthen the company's online presence.

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Chandigarh, designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Graduates are preferred, and high-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in managing the company's LinkedIn and social media presence, including content creation, post scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Contribute to LinkedIn marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Help design and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Assist with customer outreach initiatives, including engagement with potential clients and partners.
  • Provide support to sales and marketing activities, including preparation of marketing materials and campaign tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members on brand visibility and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing, social media management, and digital content posting.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and sales fundamentals.
  • Experience or familiarity with social media content creation, scheduling, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support positive client interactions.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
