Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Creative Producer to support the creative and marketing team across content, campaigns, and production. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with the Creative Producer to bring ideas to life across digital, social, and shoot-based outputs.

You'll assist across video, photography, design, and production while developing a strong understanding of how creative work connects to performance and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative Support

Assist in producing digital content across video, photography, and social-first formats

Edit and adapt content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Support basic motion graphics / animation (experience beneficial, not mandatory)

Design social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign direction

Assist in creating and versioning Instagram ads and performance-led creatives

Production & Shoots

Assist during photoshoots and video shoots (pre-production, on-set support, post-production)

Help manage shot lists, references, timelines, and asset organization

Support coordination with photographers, videographers, and stylists where required

Editorial & Brand Sensibility

Contribute with strong editorial taste, visual references, and mood direction

Ensure all outputs align with the brand's visual language and creative standards

Assist in maintaining consistency across platforms and formats

Performance & Data Awareness

Work with basic sales and performance data (Instagram ads, website metrics, product performance)

Help translate insights from numbers into creative inputs (what visuals, formats, or messaging to push)

Support reporting on content performance and learn how creative impacts conversion

Requirements

02 years of experience in a creative, content, or production role

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Experience creating content for Instagram (posts, reels, ads)

Good visual judgment and an interest in editorial and fashion-led storytelling

Comfortable assisting on shoots and handling fast-paced production environments

Basic understanding of performance metrics, sales data, or a strong willingness to learn

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design / animation

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or social analytics

Interest in fashion, culture, and brand-led storytelling
