The Opportunity:
Are you a B.A. or Arts student with a passion for creative communities, a knack for organization, and an interest in the business of art My City My Voice (MCMV), India's third-largest open mic platform, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our team in Delhi. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain extensive experience in Event Management, Community Building, Digital Marketing, and Financial Coordinationthe core pillars of a successful creative venture.
About My City My Voice:
Born from the belief that every voice matters, MCMV is a platform under the Atraski banner, dedicated to empowering aspiring writers, poets, and speakers. We have successfully hosted over 115 events across 60+ cities and fostered a community of over 10,000 active artists across 28 states, providing a safe and vibrant space for authentic expression and artistic growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The intern will serve as a crucial liaison and operational anchor, ensuring the smooth execution and growth of our pan-Indian initiatives.
1. Overall Coordination and Financial Management:
- Serve as the central coordinator for all regional operations, maintaining strong communication and collaboration between our City and Regional Heads.
- Manage the overall budget and financial tracking for events, including processing event expenses, reconciling revenue from ticket sales, and preparing basic financial summaries.
- Coordinate with diverse venues across the country to secure, manage, and finalize agreements for event spaces.
- Ensure all regional and city-level events are well-planned and executed to deliver a high-quality, financially sound experience.
2. Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance.
- Design compelling visual content, including event posters, promotional graphics, and social media assets, using tools like Canva.
- Contribute to social media content by applying trends like short-form video and leveraging User-Generated Content (UGC).
- Utilize your understanding of email marketing, social marketing, and content trends to help promote events and grow our community.
- Maintain and update the community database.
3. Business Development:
- Assist in generating revenue from ticket sales for events.
- Support the team in bringing new sponsorships on board to fund our growing initiatives.

Eligibility & Details
- Background: Current student or recent graduate from a B.A. or Arts background.
- Duration: 6 months (Commitment to the full term is mandatory).
- Location: CR Park, Greater Kailash, South Delhi (In-Office).
- Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Working Days: 5.5 days a week.
- Stipend: 5,0007,000 per month.
