Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join the MAY & CO. team in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and digital brand collaborations. The intern will play a key role in identifying influencers, managing partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer-driven content and campaigns to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across lifestyle, food & beverage, mixology, and home entertainment categories.
- Reach out to influencers, manage communication, and coordinate product seeding and collaboration details.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and content submissions to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Maintain an organized database of influencer partners and ongoing collaborations.
- Monitor influencer content performance and assist in preparing reports and insights.
- Support in planning creative concepts for influencer content and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer activities align with brand messaging and goals.
- Stay informed about influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to research and identify suitable influencers and creators.
- Basic understanding of content creation (photo/video) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
