About LH2 AI Labs:

Built by second-time founders who have previously built and sold companies, LH2 AI Labs (LH2. AI) is building post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across areas such as coding, computer use, agentic AI, healthcare, audio, and more.

The role: LH2 sources datasets and codebases from companies and developers and licenses them to AI labs. The Data Partnerships team plans the campaigns for each industry and region. You will run them day to day across LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram and Discord and report back on what worked.

What you will do:

1) Run each week's campaign plan: publish posts, send approved outreach messages and join community conversations, using the scripts and templates you are given.

2) Draft posts, replies and message variants for each industry and region. The team lead reviews them before anything goes live.

3) Maintain the outreach tools: build LinkedIn lists from Sales Navigator, update contact records in HubSpot, and tag every campaign with UTM links so each lead can be traced.

4) Monitor Reddit, Telegram and Discord threads for relevant conversations and flag good ones.

5) Log every action in a shared tracker: what was posted, where, the responses and the leads. Send a short weekly summary of results and anything you'd change.

6) Keep the opt-out and suppression list up to date, and follow each platform's rules and Indian regulations (DPDP, TRAI do-not-disturb) as instructed.

You are fit if you:

1) Are in or recently out of a degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a similar field.

2) Write clearly and quickly, and can adapt tone for different audiences.

3) Are active on Reddit, Telegram, or Discord and understand how communities work.

4) Pay attention to detail and follow checklists carefully.

5) Are comfortable with spreadsheets and learn new tools fast. Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Canva is a plus.

6) Want to learn how AI training data is sourced.
