Startup Content Creator & Community Intern

Location: Remote (India)

Team Locations: Bengaluru & Noida

Duration: 3–6 Months (can be extended)

Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience, portfolio, and skills)

Our content has generated over 100M+ views, and our ecosystem includes thousands of founders, startup operators, investors, and ecosystem enablers.

Who We're Looking For

This role is for someone who enjoys creating content, building communities, learning fast, and taking ownership.

You should be excited about startups, entrepreneurship, digital content, and storytelling.

This is not a passive internship. You'll work closely with the founders and leadership team on content, growth, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.

If you're looking for a highly structured corporate internship with narrowly defined responsibilities, this role may not be the right fit.

What You'll Work On

Content Creation

• Create Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content
• Research startup and founder stories
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and content briefs
• Assist in planning and executing content campaigns
• Support video production and content shoots
• Create simple graphics using Canva and related tools

Social Media Growth

• Support growth initiatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Analyze content performance and audience behavior
• Contribute ideas to help scale:
• Instagram from 474K+ followers to 1M+
• LinkedIn from 300K+ followers to 1M+
• Track trends, formats, and content opportunities

Community & Outreach

• Reach out to founders, creators, startup operators, and businesses
• Build relationships with startup communities
• Support partnerships and collaborations
• Help establish relationships with colleges, entrepreneurship cells, and student communities across India

Website & SEO

• Publish blogs and articles on the website
• Assist with SEO optimization
• Perform keyword research
• Improve content discoverability and organic reach

YouTube Growth

• Support YouTube SEO and optimization
• Improve titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and content structure
• Research growth opportunities and audience insights

Skills We're Looking For

You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you should be willing to learn quickly.

• You've built a social media page, community, newsletter, or content project
• You've created reels, videos, blogs, or LinkedIn content
• You enjoy researching businesses and startup stories
• You can take ownership without waiting for constant instructions
• You're curious, resourceful, and execution-focused

Time Commitment

• 6–7 hours per day
• Monday to Saturday
• Fully Remote

We care more about outcomes, consistency, and ownership than about being online at specific hours.
