Objective :

We are looking to hire 4 interns for a 2–3 month internship with our Subscription Marketing team at JioSaavn.

This opportunity is open to candidates based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai who have completed or are currently pursuing an MBA, with preference given to candidates specializing in Ma

rketing.During the internship, you will work closely with the team to understand user behaviour, analyze subscriber churn, support subscription growth initiatives through user interactions and market research, and generate actionable business insights.

Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or having completed an MBA in Marketing, as the role is closely aligned with marketing, consumer insights, and subscription growth initiatives.

Open Roles:

Role 1: Subscriber Research Intern (2Positions)

Role 2: Ground Research & Competitive Analysis Intern (2Positions)

Role 1. Subscriber Research Interns (2Positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Subscriber calls (active, churned, and free trial users)
  • Identify reasons for churn and barriers to Pro subscription
  • Gather feedback on platform experience (likes/dislikes)
  • Perform basic competitive benchmarking from user insights
  • Share structured weekly insights and recommendations

Deliverables:

  • Insight reports
  • Churn and conversion drivers
  • Key user pain points and suggestions

Role 2. Ground Research & Competitive Analysis Intern (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Research competitor platforms (features, pricing, offers)
  • Talk to other platform customers at high traffic / footfall geographies
  • Analyze market trends and recommend acquisition strategies for such users
  • Collect insights via digital and on-ground interactions
  • Build structured comparison and benchmarking reports

Deliverables:

  • Competitor analysis reports
  • Feature comparison dashboards
  • Market insights and recommendations

Requirement:

  • MBA (pursuing/recent graduate)
  • Specialization in Marketing / Strategy / Business Analytics
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Interest in consumer tech / music / digital platforms
