Experience: 3 months internship experience compulsory

Stipend: INR 7-10k per month

About the Role:

Optiminastic is a tech-driven digital marketing partner to 400+ brands, delivering strategy, creative, growth marketing, and analytics across India, the UK, and Singapore.

We are looking for a passionate and creative DigitalMarketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign management, and content creation. You will assist in the execution of marketing strategies and learn how to connect with customers through both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites; support in designing marketing materials.
• Manage social media handles and social media optimization, assist in paid ad campaigns, and perform basic SEO and keyword research.
• Conduct competitor analysis, track campaign performance, and prepare insight reports.
• Help plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain marketing databases, and support daily marketing operations.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 3 months of prior marketing internship experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and online communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.

Good-to-Have:

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
• Creative mindset with attention to design and content trends.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
